the wonderful city of Bruges, Belgium

Fist of all what an amazing city! It's so cozy and beautiful. You don't need more than a day to see this city, taking the Intercity (B line) from Bruxell or Atwerp in the morning and come back at the late afternoon will do. Make sure you take the directest train as possible because instead of 1 hour you can make almost 2 an a half. When you arrive make sure to go to the city center, there you can rent bicycles and even take a tour in a carriage pulled by a horse, make sure you visit all the gift shops around, because you can find some amazing stuff, like artesan beer, pins, hoodies and the most amazing needlework.  After eating breakfast on the train, we decided to take our 12h snack when we arrived  and I ordered a big sized portion of fries with mayo and samurai sauce and after that we got a hot chocolate in "The old chocolate house",and  being honest the waffles are not something out of this world but hot chocolate here is definitely a must.   At night the Gr...

Before you go

Getting ready to travel can be hard, but if you follow this tips it's gonna be extremely easy go gt ready to hit your next trip, so let's start... First of all you need to know and understand the city before you get there, you need to do a bit of research of the most important places to see, visit and eat that way when you get there and start discovering the city you will have your `most important places list' and won't miss anything, when I say understand I mean that you need to know how you are going to move, are you going to use the metro?, a taxi?, Uber?...this is because the metro system can be complicated and sometimes VERY complicated (Google maps is gonna be your best friend when you want to use public transportation) and taxi or Uber can be very expensive and in the case of Uber is not available everywhere. Take your precautions and always pay attention to pick pockets. In second place before booking a hotel room or an Airbnb you need to check the location...

A bit about me....

Hey, my name is Adriana Zamora  I was born and raised in Mexico. I have always loved to travel (this is something that comes from my mom´s side of the family, she loves going everywhere and I remember my grandparents traveling a lot when I was young). I am currently studying to be a Chef, so I go all over tryin the best food, so I´ll give you the best advice on food, something cheap and some fancy dancy! but always super tasty! When i was young I started developing a love towards France, the culture and language. So when I was 18 I decided that I was gonna live in Paris, so I became an Au Pair to an amazing family and then already in Europe I started traveling with a low budget and SO I DID! Those where the best 2 years of my life so far, and now I keep doing what I love, not only in Mexico but also the U.S and Europe, and I have plans to go all over the world, so join me in my adventures!
